Akron Room Request Form

Room requests enter a processing period while staff confirm eligibility requirements, background check clearance, and scheduling details. Requests will be accepted up to 60 days before the first night of stay.

Please Note: A room request is not a room reservation and you will need to receive confirmation from the Akron Ronald McDonald House on room availability.

A background check is required for guests, including the patient, who are 18 years of age or older to stay or visit at the Akron RMH. Conviction for crimes that do not pass RMHC NEO’s Background Check Guidelines will result in room requests to stay at Akron RMH being rejected. A separate background check is required for each individual 18 years of age or older who wants to stay or visit at the Akron RMH. Processing time can be up to 2 business days. If you do not hear from us within two days, you must call to confirm that we received your information and check availability.
