The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, in partnership with Akron Children’s, brings primary care, diagnosis, treatment referral and health education to Mahoning Valley children who have limited access to care.
About the Care Mobile
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile in partnership with Akron Children’s is a fully equipped medical clinic on wheels, delivering convenient, in-person care for children ages birth-21 years across the region. All services are provided face-to-face by skilled healthcare professionals. Serving Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties.
Services Offered
- Well-child visits
- Immunizations
- Non-emergent acute illness care
- Developmental screenings
- Adolescent health care
- Asthma care, including inhaler and spacer education
- Lead and hemoglobin screenings
- Referrals for specialty care
