Conveniently located in University Circle, the Cleveland Ronald McDonald House conference center has everything you need to make your event truly memorable. Our large meeting/banquet room can be divided to suit your needs and our included amenities provide comfort and convenience to your guests.
Rental fees help support the mission of RMHC NEO, and you can even incorporate volunteer service into your event with one of our unique team-building experiences.
Conference Center Features
- Flexible room configurations with seating for up to 120
- Large reception area with coat room and service desk
- Private entrance and free parking for up to 50 vehicles
- Included A/V package includes WiFi, projector, retractable display screen, microphone, podium, dry erase board and easel.
- Access to outdoor patio space
- Preferred catering options with access to full kitchen
- Available hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Bookings must be scheduled 30 days in advance (exceptions may be accommodated)
- Cost: $250 for 4 hours / $500 for 8 hours / 10% nonprofit discount
